Was approached by Holland associate at Home Depot about a “Free, No Obligation Quote”. I was hesitant. I already had another quote but figured another quote wouldn’t hurt! Holland’s quote was very close to the other quote, but they offered a few incentives!! They took your Home Depot Credit Card with 0% for 24 months. And for the same prices as the other quote, I received a better rated furnace. Joe Clark, the Holland Salesman was very knowledgeable. We told him our intentions and he helped us make the best decision for us. It was refreshing to hear him not tell us we needed the best of the best! He gave us options and explained each option and the rate at which the efficiency would pay us back! On January 31, 2019, Andy and Justin came to complete our install! We felt bad for them. We were 2 hours from their office. They had all intentions of leaving the office at 8, to be here around 10. Due to snowy conditions, the UPS truck with our furnace was delayed 3 hours! Andy and Justin worked non-stop to finish the job in one day. They left our house around 8:30 pm. We felt bad that they wouldn’t get home to their families until almost midnight! We tried to help with anything we could to not keep them any longer then they had to be. We bought them pizza and offered them drinks. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. They left zero mess and were very tidy. Thank you all again!

The very professional service team of Damon – Howie – Jeff – Cliff – Justin installed a Furnace, AC unit, Hot Water Heater, and Ducting in my home. The replacement of the ducting lines was per my request to improve the heating and cooling of the home. They took great care to do a very professional job by securely hanging the old ducting that wasn’t previously properly hung. They took the time to clean up everything afterwards and hauled away the old units. I was impressed with their attention to the customer. They even took into consideration that the back door to the garage they were using was open/unlocked at the end of the day and locked it all up for me. They explained all the new features and how to properly use them to get the greatest efficiency out of the units. They went out of the way to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen to my surprise with one of the ducting lines. They were even conscientious of the time the job was taking and called in 2 more guys when the project was falling behind on the first day to make sure they finished on time as quoted. I’m a very impressed customer, Good Job Guys A++ effort.

I was called by Joe after requesting a quote for a new system through Home Depot. He was very prompt in getting in touch with me and within a day was at my house walking through options. He was very friendly and transparent and got me a few quotes within 12 hours. The cost was very comparable to other businesses and Joe was polite and helpful through the whole process. I ultimately went with a different business because they happened to have a spare unit on the truck ready to install that day, but I would highly recommend Holland H&C to my friends.

Great customer service! I didn’t have any heat for four days, and it was snowing. I called and they came out the same day. Due to the age of my furnace, it was more cost effective to replace the furnace instead of the part, and my new furnace was installed the next day. Thank you! Bart and Michael were very professional and courteous!

First off Jeff was the one that came to the house explain things and do the paperwork very knowledgeable and professional. Andy, John, Brad and Nevin did the installation. They worked hard and were very professional. The guys had a full day plus on the install as it was a big job. {A full boat} Andy took the time afterwards to explain the system and answer any questions that I had. Nice job!
